YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy policy

Clear about what we collect.
Careful about how it is used.

01 — Who this notice covers

REVORA Technologies is a Lebanon-based web and software studio. This notice covers this website and inquiries addressed to the studio. For privacy questions or requests, email info@revoratechnologies.com.

02 — Information you choose to share

The project form asks for your name, email address and project ambition. Service choices, website type, company or website, budget and timing are optional. Required fields let us understand an inquiry and respond; without them a completed inquiry cannot be prepared.

Submitting the form sends your inquiry through our server and Resend to our Microsoft 365 mailbox, provided through GoDaddy. If sending is unavailable or unsuccessful, the form will tell you. Your entries remain in the current page while you move between its sections; refreshing or leaving may discard them. Your browser may manage autofill separately.

If you choose to email us, your email service sends the information you include. Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.

03 — Purpose and access

We use inquiry information to assess your request, reply and discuss a possible project. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Resend processes the submitted contact and project details to deliver the inquiry email.

Email correspondence is accessible to the people handling your inquiry and the providers needed to deliver and store it, including Resend and Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy. Processing may take place outside Lebanon. Resend describes its processing in its privacy policy. Legal disclosure may also be required by applicable law. The website is hosted by Vercel. Upstash provides temporary abuse and duplicate-submission protection. These providers may process technical information outside Lebanon.

04 — Cookies, storage and technical information

The site currently has no analytics or advertising tools. Its images, fonts and project film are served with the site; viewing a film does not load an external video player.

When you save your privacy choice, a first-party cookie named revora_privacy remembers “essential only” for up to 180 days. It contains no name, email or project information. You can reopen Cookie preferences in the footer or remove this cookie through your browser settings. There are no optional tracking cookies in this version.

Delivering a page necessarily involves technical information such as your IP address and requested URL. Vercel may retain connection or security logs under its own arrangements. Browser caching is separate from the privacy-choice cookie.

05 — Retention and security

The website has no permanent inquiry database. Its submission service temporarily processes form details. Upstash stores keyed IP hashes and rate counters for up to 15 minutes, plus request-key hashes, payload fingerprints and delivery state for up to 24 hours. Raw IP addresses and inquiry text are not stored in that protection database. Delivered inquiries and delivery records are held by our email providers. Retention of correspondence depends on the status of your inquiry, any resulting project relationship and applicable legal requirements. You can contact us to request deletion or ask about information held in connection with your inquiry.

The website uses encrypted connections, server-side validation and controls that limit access to delivery credentials. No website or email system can promise absolute security.

06 — Your requests

You may contact info@revoratechnologies.com to ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access or correction, or raise an objection or deletion request. The response and any exceptions depend on applicable law. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request; do not send identity documents unless a secure method has been agreed.

Applicable rights depend on your location and the relevant processing.

07 — External sites and updates

Choosing “Visit site” opens the selected client’s website. That site has its own privacy practices. This notice does not cover third-party sites.

Material changes to the site’s data handling require an updated notice before the new processing begins. The date above identifies the latest revision.
